ARTC Dispositions Policy

Professional Dispositions

While enrolled in UD ARTC and working as a “teacher of record,” it is important to remember that you are representing the University of Delaware education community.  As a member of that community,  you are expected to exhibit each of the following professional dispositions.  Should it be brought to our attention by any district, school, or UD employee that you are not upholding one or more of these dispositions, you could receive a letter from UD ARTC documenting the specific disposition(s) in question.  Receiving two dispositions warnings is grounds for dismissal from UD ARTC.  Being dismissed from UD ARTC can result in the loss of your teaching position.
